Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nico Sagolla, Am Durchlaß 12, 88175 Scheidegg, Nico.Sagolla@gmx.de) of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by post or email.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

Early expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts covering digital content not supplied on a physical medium (for example software license keys) once we have begun performance after you expressly agreed that we may start before the withdrawal period ends and you confirmed your knowledge that this causes your right of withdrawal to expire.
