• Email address - so we can deliver your license key and invoices.
• Payment data - we do not store card or bank data ourselves. Payment is handled by Stripe.
• License data - license key, plan, status, and expiry date.
• Support requests - name, email, subject, message, and timestamp.

We do not use marketing trackers, profiling tools, or ad-tech cookies.

We use Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. for payment processing. Stripe processes your payment data under its own responsibility. We only receive confirmation that payment succeeded together with customer and subscription identifiers.

License confirmations and replies to support requests are sent through Resend, Inc. (USA). Resend processes the recipient email and content only for delivery.

• License data: up to 3 years after the contract ends.
• Support requests: up to 12 months after the last communication.
• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years.

The installed Mac app only sends your license key and an anonymous machine identifier to our server in order to validate whether your subscription is active. No system metrics, process lists, or hardware identifiers are transmitted.
