Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts for the use of the software “MenuBarMonitor” concluded between Nico Sagolla (the “Provider”) and the customer.

The contract covers either time-limited use by subscription or unlimited use through a Lifetime license of the MenuBarMonitor software on macOS systems. The exact feature scope follows the product description on this website.

The software presentation on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the purchase button in Stripe Checkout, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded once the license key is delivered by email.

The prices shown at the time of purchase apply. Because the Provider uses the small-business regulation under Section 19 UStG, VAT is not charged and therefore not shown on invoices. Payment is processed by Stripe.

The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the software on the number of devices specified during checkout. Passing the license key to third parties is prohibited.

The statutory warranty rules apply. The Provider is only liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If the customer is a merchant, the Provider's registered office is the place of jurisdiction.
